Josh Monufret and Jonathan Zand watch as the Harbour Clearwater crane lifts a bundle of heavy chains used to secure the connecting cable at the seafloor. After lowering them to Folger Pinnacle reef (depth 27 m), the Pelagic Technologies dive crew (working from the M/V Barkley Star shown in the background) swam down to position the heavy chains over the cable.
