ROPOS holds the Barkley Benthic Pod 2 sediment trap prior to deployment (dive r1331). The canisters at the base of the trap hold accumulations of sediment that falls into the large yellow cone, and can be advanced remotely via the NEPTUNE Canada website. Approximate Depth: 396.
