Benthic crawler Wally II rests on the seafloor at a depth of 870 m after deployment via ship's winch, 10 May 2014. The floats were used to lighten the crawler, allowing the remotely operated vehicle Oceanic Explorer to reposition the crawler to its deployment spot in "Wallyland".
